About the role

Full-time second shift Security position focused on resident satisfaction and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Emergency responder duties
• Walking and vehicle security patrols
• Reporting safety hazards
• Lock-ups and unlocks
• Incident reports
• Valet parking services
• Wheelchair escorts and welfare checks
• Support Resident Services Team Members at reception desk as needed
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls
• Generate maintenance work orders in accordance with the Work Order Policy

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age
