Security Flex Officer

About the role

We help make your world a safer place. Weekend Availability Needed & will be stationed at various site locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Aid in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and incidents as they arise.
• Complete detailed reports, send emails, and support daily operational tasks.
• Demonstrate and maintain proficiency in responding to medical incidents, including CPR/AED.
• Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior premises.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• 1 Year Security experience required.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
• Able to work Swing Shift (2pm-10pm) and Grave Shift (10pm-6am).
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.

Schedule

Flex Officers will work Swing Shift (2pm-10pm) and Grave Shift (10pm-6am).

Pay

$21.50/hour
