Weekend Availability Needed

Weekend and holiday availability is essential for this role. Flex Officers will be stationed at various site locations and will be evaluated for leadership and future growth potential. They will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts and will be responsible for:

• Providing security for short-term special security assignments.
• Serving staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Aiding in start-ups at new accounts, including working the site and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Responding promptly to alarms, disturbances, and incidents as they arise.
• Completing detailed reports, sending emails, and supporting daily operational tasks.
• Demonstrating and maintaining proficiency in responding to medical incidents, including CPR/AED.
• Conducting routine patrols of interior and exterior premises.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma OR GED
• Standard computer / technology skills
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred
• Customer service background preferred
• 1 Year Security experience required
• Comfortable conducting access control duties
• Reliable means of transportation & communication
• Able to work Swing Shift (2pm-10pm) and Grave Shift (10pm-6am)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
