Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight security operations and provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to security personnel.
- Conduct scheduled and random site inspections, patrols, and operational reviews.
- Ensure all posts are properly staffed, covered, and operating according to post orders.
- Maintain staffing levels, schedules, and deployment plans to prevent coverage gaps.
- Address call-offs, staffing shortages, and operational issues by coordinating coverage and escalating concerns as needed.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally and effectively.
- Verify officer attendance, performance, patrol completion, and required reporting.
- Complete and review incident reports, activity logs, staffing documentation, and operational records.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
- Aid in onboarding, training, and development of security personnel.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, dispatch, and field teams.
- Utilize scheduling systems, reporting platforms, and security technology accurately.
- Serve as a visible leadership presence and resource for overnight security teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Wisconsin Private Security Person License required and must remain current.
- Previous security, law enforcement, military, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing personnel.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and screening requirements.

- Ability to travel between client locations as needed.
