Security Field Supervisor - Weston / Wausau, WI - 3rd Shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight security operations and provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to security personnel.
• Conduct scheduled and random site inspections, patrols, and operational reviews.
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed, covered, and operating according to post orders.
• Maintain staffing levels, schedules, and deployment plans to prevent coverage gaps.
• Address call-offs, staffing shortages, and operational issues by coordinating coverage and escalating concerns as needed.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally and effectively.
• Verify officer attendance, performance, patrol completion, and required reporting.
• Complete and review incident reports, activity logs, staffing documentation, and operational records.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
• Aid in onboarding, training, and development of security personnel.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, dispatch, and field teams.
• Utilize scheduling systems, reporting platforms, and security technology accurately.
• Serve as a visible leadership presence and resource for overnight security teams.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• An active Wisconsin Private Security Person License required and must remain current.
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing personnel.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to successfully complete required background checks and screening requirements.

• Ability to travel between client locations as needed.
