Security Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and make post inspections.
• Conduct on-the-job training of new employees assigned to posts, or when changes to post orders are made.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts, identify replacements, and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify and report personnel problems to Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director.
• Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office.
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, no major violations within last 36 months, no more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months, or a combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
• Professional protective service experience: Minimum of three (3) years.
• Other qualifications: Writing effective and concise reports, good independent judgment and discretion, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and manage deadlines.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $17 per hour.
• Shifts: Evenings and Overnights.
• Workdays: Wednesday - Sunday.

Schedule

• Shifts available: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM.
