Security Emergency Call Coordinator

About the role

As a Dispatch Security Professional at a dynamic retail location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, dispatch resources, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping to maintain an organized environment for visitors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail location personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related personnel, receiving calls, documenting requests, and relaying information to the appropriate team members.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely communication to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a professional environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Pay

$23.31 / Hour

Schedule

• Friday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
