Basic Qualifications: list of qualifications. Could be under
Requirements
orQualifications
. The spec says we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills sections. We need to decide. Basic Qualifications likely go under Requirements. Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications or Skills? Preferred Qualifications includes professional experience in marketing etc. Could be under Qualifications. Skills maybe from "Experience establishing & maintaining relationships..." etc. But we can combine. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Pay: Salary Range: $65000 - $113750 / Salaried. That's specific. So we need a Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule. Benefits: The posting mentions "To review benefits, please click here jobs.walgreens.com/benefits." That's a reference but not actual benefits list. It's a link. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It only gives a link to benefits, not actual benefits. Likely we should not include Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. However, the instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It states a link to benefits but not the benefits themselves. I'd argue that's not stating benefits, just a reference. So we omit Benefits. We also have "Recruiting Guidance for HR" and EEO etc which we must remove. Also "The Salary below is being provided to promote pay transparency..." that's part of Pay context but we already have salary range. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the sentence about salary range and that it's salaried. Also maybe include note about "This role will remain open until filled." That's application instruction? It's not exactly instruction but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about posting duration. Might be considered metadata; but we can keep as prose under About the role? It's not a duty. Could be included in About the role paragraph. Also "To review benefits, please click here jobs.walgreens.com/benefits." That's a link; we could keep as a note under About the role? But it's about benefits. Since we aren't making a Benefits section, we could include that sentence as a note in About the role? However, it's basically a link to benefits page; it's not substantive benefit detail. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those. It's a benefits link. Might be okay to keep as a short paragraph under About the role. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The link to benefits is substantive? It's a direction to find benefits. Might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply. It's just a reference. I'd keep it. Now, we need to format. We'll have:About the role

The responsibilities paragraph includes a colon then list. We should extract each bullet. Conducting cleanup of legacy environments." We need to turn each line after the colon into
- . Also the first sentence maybe separate bullet? Could be its own bullet: "Develops and maintains daily operational activities that impact important components / processes of the specified Technology work function." Then the next sentence "This may include work in Information Security, Business Systems Analysis, Strategy, Operation or analysis work in any other part of the Technology organization that may include items such as:" is more of an intro to list; we could incorporate as part of that bullet or separate. Safer to make bullet for the first sentence, then list items.
