About the role
Implement a community-wide security education, awareness, and training program within a specialized access program environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of high-quality training materials aligned with regulations such as JAFAN and ICD series, incorporating security policies.
- Deliver blended learning solutions through various formats like briefings, newsletters, and web-based tools.
- Serve on the Security Education Council.
- Coordinate with external educators.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of related experience, including 4+ years in an SCI environment.
- SAR experience preferred.
- Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Eligible for SAP access.
- Willing to undergo a polygraph.
Skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with DOD, military, civilian personnel, and industry partners.
- Travel up to 25%.
