Security Education & Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and independent research to support the development of effective, high-quality training materials.
• Incorporate Executive Orders and other applicable regulatory documentation into the education and awareness program.
• Support the development, dissemination, and presentation of security education materials that provide blended learning opportunities.
• Serve as a member of the Special Programs Security Education Council.
• Cook with external security educators to obtain education materials for dissemination to industry and develop recommended improvements.
• Develop and implement web-based security education and awareness tools.
• Evaluate security education and awareness program efficiency by identifying and gathering performance improvement metrics.

Requirements

• Familiarity with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 8+ years related experience, including at least 4 years in an SCI environment.
• Minimum 2 years relevant SAR experience highly desired.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
• Willingness to submit a Counterintelligence polygraph.
