Security Dispatch

Love + medicine is who we are, it's what we do, and it's why people want to work here. We are seeking a full‑time Dispatcher for our Security team in La Crosse, WI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security communications and monitor multiple alarm and safety systems to support a safe environment for patients, visitors, staff, and property.
• Serve as the central point of contact for security‑related calls and incidents.
• Assist with lost‑and‑found items and key control.
• Respond to complex inquiries from staff, patients, and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
• Dispatch officers to incoming calls for various security and fire‑safety situations.
• Administer security access and clearance for staff, contractors, and guests.
• Maintain and inspect fire protection and suppression systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver’s license.

Schedule

Full‑time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours.
