Job Description

As a Security Dispatcher, you play a critical role in maintaining the safety and integrity of the organization. You are responsible for overseeing real-time surveillance, coordinating prompt and effective communication, and deploying security personnel in response to incidents or requests for assistance. Your decisions directly impact the well-being of staff, visitors, and property. Your vigilance, coordination, and judgment are essential to the success of the entire security operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related field
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using surveillance systems and communication equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
