Security Coordinator

About the role

New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers specializing in safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Operating in over 70 treatment centers across multiple states, our team members engage in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management to treat the whole person and address the underlying causes of OUD, providing a continuum of care that supports patients on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Performs a walk-through of the clinic at least once every hour.
• Performs an end-of-day clinic walk-through to ensure all clients are out of the building and have left the area.
• Assists in the prevention of diversion and theft from the clinic.
• Monitors and maintains all aspects of internal and external health, safety, and security issues, including the welfare of patients and staff.
• Monitors patient activities on center premises, including the parking lot and dosing areas.
• Responds quickly to any disturbance.
• Assists with the collection of drug screen samples as needed.
• Communicates with the Program Director regularly.
• Ensures parking lot rules are followed.
• Ensures the parking lot and building surroundings are kept free of trash.
• Acts always in the best interest of the company.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Security experience preferred.
