Security Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

• Direct and administer the patrol of the interior and the perimeter of all buildings on the property.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and assist with the Safety Committee monthly meetings.
• Affiliate with fire and evacuation drills.
• Affiliate with investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities.
• Direct response to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.

Experience and Skills

• Three (3) years previous safety and security supervisory experience required.
• Five (5) years total experience within the safety and security industry required.
• Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) certification required.
• Law enforcement or military background experience preferred.
• OSHA and/or CPR certifications preferred.

Education

Required: Three (3) years previous safety and security supervisory experience.

Preferred: Five (5) years total experience within the safety and security industry.

Wednesday to Sunday from 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Pay

The starting wage depends on experience, certification and education.
