Security Attendant

Pay: $19.00

At Great Wolf, the Security Attendant is vital to ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Shifts can vary, including nights and weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains security and safety of the hotel, guests, and staff
• Fills in for security-related jobs as needed
• Performs routine inspections of the hotel premises
• Responds promptly to any circumstances requiring attention
• Documents events and assists management in handling incidents
• Projects a professional image and maintains composure during stressful situations
• Provides guest service and helps manage risk
• Sorts through conflicting perspectives and remains unbiased

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Criminal background check and drug screen required

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Law enforcement background
• First responder training
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and sit/stand for long periods
