Pay
$15.00 to $19.54 per hour
Schedule
Part-Time (Some sites may offer full-time hours). Hours and pay vary based on the contracts available. Contract assignments are based on your qualifications and various interviews with the clients and DK's hiring team.
Responsibilities
- Provide above excellent customer service.
- Have above average computer skills; multiple applications are used solely and conjunctively daily.
- Provide information and assistance to calling parties concerning emergency, security and general assistance needs.
- Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency response.
- Follow procedures and policies to uphold compliance for regulatory needs.
- Monitor CCTV system using recording devices; perform daily checks on cameras for functionality and report maintenance needs.
- Monitor, operate, test and perform data entry for a variety of computerized and electronic equipment used in access control,
