Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
- Safeguards operational goals and monitors performance and profit objectives.
- Maintains awareness of all property activity and responds to incidents and service needs.
- Coordinates with shift manager on scheduling concerns, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Conducts regular security post inspections and ensures adherence to uniform standards.
- Transfers table games, fills, and credits, prepares security incident reports, and maintains logs.
- Develops and maintains communications with law enforcement agencies and security personnel.
- Resolves guest complaints and ensures adherence to guest service standards.
- Supports other departmental management during troublesome terminations, thefts, investigations, and procedures.
- Promotes a safe and secure working environment.
- In the absence of the shift manager, oversees all emergencies on property, including conducting quarterly drills and coordinating with facilities manager and technicians.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
- Able to maintain a valid Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and security experience.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
