Security Analyst (CCTV/Alarm Monitoring)

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Requirements

• Experience in positions like Call Center Representative, Dispatch or Camera Monitoring is preferred.
• If you do not have experience in these roles, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Pay

$22.00-$24.00/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

Wednesday-Saturday (10pm-8am)
