Security Agent - Mobile Patrol

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Augusta, ME. As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will use your sharp eye to monitor screens, spot threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• 1 year of experience using CCTV cameras
• 1 year of experience with access control systems
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process

Qualifications

• Strong report‑writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.60 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Set schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm
