Mobile Tactical Security Agent

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and physical ability are essential, as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

Pay

$19.50 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Full-time, set schedule: Tue–Thu 3pm–11pm / Sat–Sun 7am–3pm.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid NJ SORA certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Qualifications

• First aid certification is an asset
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred
• State license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
