Mobile Gate Security Agent
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador in Wood River, IL. The position involves full-time, rotating third-shift work from 4:30 PM to 4:30 AM, with competitive pay at $21.22 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors and manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Extensive screening process passed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer proficiency
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- State license if required
- Able to operate a motor vehicle
