Security Guard Mobile Patrol

About the role

As a Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer in Brockton, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating professionally with employees and visitors, and supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other designated locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of vehicles, visitors, and personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions through required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.69 per hour.

• Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
