This role is subject to St. Luke's driving policy, which requires individuals in this role to not have a record of certain driving-related offenses within the past three (3) years, including but not limited to: Suspension of License, Driving Under the Influence, Reckless or Neglectful Driving...
Responsibilities
- Screens and monitors arriving and departing guests for security threats.
- Affords assistance to Security in assessing potential threats coming onto St. Luke’s campuses using de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills to resolve as they arrive and escalate concerns.
- Greets guests, provides information regarding activities and locations of departments, offices, and services.
- Identifies guest needs regarding golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Makes recordings of visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and bands visitors as appropriate.
- Opens passenger doors and assists guests out of the vehicle or with personal bags, as needed.
- Assists with valet services as needed.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License
