Securities Ops Spec II

What You'll Do

• Manage complex securities activities
• Differentiate, process, and reconcile transactions
• Research inquiries and resolve customer complaints for internal partners and/or clients and investment managers
• Review time critical and/or complex documents
• Cook up situations involving multiple departments
• Provide department level reporting using multiple sources
• Day-to-day income and entitlements processing
• Provide training and support to team members, offer guidance, and assist with updating procedures and process improvements
• Back-up other desks and work under minimal supervision

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing

• Proficiency with key MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams)
• Experience with industry tools such as SEI T3000, DTCC, Fed, and SWIFT is preferred

Pay

Salary Range Information

Salaries ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

• $24.85 - $33.31 / hour

Pension Eligible

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid schedule (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek).
