Securities Litigation Attorney

Position Overview

A nationally recognized boutique class action litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its San Diego team. The firm focuses on complex plaintiff-side litigation, including securities class actions, consumer protection, and antitrust matters. This attorney will work closely with experienced partners on high-impact cases and will have the opportunity to manage matters from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Handle depositions and discovery matters
• Propound and respond to discovery requests
• Make court appearances as needed
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex litigation strategies
• Work closely with a team of securities and class action litigators

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation up to $200,000, depending on experience

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills required
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience preferred
• Interest in pursuing high-level complex litigation work
• Securities litigation experience is a plus
• Strong academic background and law school credentials are considered but not required
