Securities Attorney | Florida A growing and well-established legal team is seeking a Securities Attorney with 5+ years of experience to advise clients on SEC reporting, corporate governance, securities compliance, and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong public company and securities experience who is looking for sophisticated work, flexibility, and long-term growth.
