Seeking a securities and cap markets attorney with 4-8 years of significant experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of significant experience in securities and cap markets
- Experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities
- Advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards and corporate governance
Qualifications
- Relevant prior law firm experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
