About the role
This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the multi-year K12 strategy in collaboration with the President, GCO
- Drive top-line performance by ensuring renewals and expansion while managing adjacency growth
- Lead a cross-functional Operational Leadership Team to enable strategic execution
- Engage with district leaders, state DOEs, and industry partners as the public face of K12
- Optimize resource allocation to improve return on investment across K12 initiatives
Qualifications
- 12+ years of commercial leadership experience at $300M ARR companies or larger
- Proven experience as a General Manager with P&L accountability and portfolio management
- Strong K12 ed-tech knowledge, familiar with district leader dynamics and state DOE relationships
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams without solid-line authority
- Experience in developing and owning multi-year strategic plans
Pay
$160,000 – $200,000 annually
