Section 337 Litigation Associate
About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Section 337 Litigation Associate with (preferably) three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
Responsibilities
- Participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases
- Familiarity with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure
- Knowledgeable of IP law
- Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
- Handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies and courses of action
Requirements
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible
- Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual
- Variety of backgrounds, interests, and experience

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. is $215,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
