Litigation Associate
About the role
The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex office of Nelson Mullins is growing into a full-service office and has doubled in size since opening just over two years ago. The office features partners with experience in banking, mergers & acquisitions, product liability, commercial litigation, real estate, finance, and corporate legal matters. While many members of the two Dallas offices regularly represent some of the world’s largest automotive makers and other product manufacturers throughout the U.S., other members represent banks, lenders, entrepreneurs, and businesses of all shapes and sizes.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various litigation matters including personal injury, products liability, and insurance defense.
- Manage cases effectively and take the lead on key projects.
- Provide exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
- Admitted in Good Standing to the State Bar of Texas.
Requirements
- At least three years of meaningful litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting, or a similar level of trial experience in other settings.
- Strong academic credentials.

- Admitted in Good Standing to the State Bar of Texas.
