Section 337 Litigation Associate
Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States, dedicated to our clients and the industries they serve. We have an immediate opening in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
About the role
The Section 337 Litigation Associate will work primarily on U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) cases. Candidates should have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases and be keenly familiar with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. A technical background is not required, but knowledge of IP law is essential.
Requirements
- Three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC); preference given to this range, but all candidates will be considered.
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
- Exceptional judgment and ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position is:
- $215,000 to $250,000 in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
