About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP has an immediate opening for a Section 337 Litigation Associate with preferably three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link.
Responsibilities
- Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
- Articulate legal strategies and courses of action
- Effectively handle multiple projects
Requirements
- Participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases
- Keenly familiar with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure
- Knowledgeable of IP law
- Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible

Pay
For positions in California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C., the compensation range is $215,000 to $250,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
