We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content from posting. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need sections: maybe About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (required qualifications?), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits (none?), Pay (none?), Schedule (work schedule). Also maybe "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" but not in list of allowed headings; we cannot create other headings. So we must fit content into allowed headings only. If content doesn't fit, we may need to omit? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid using other headings not listed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we should only use those headings. So we need to map content to those. Thus: - About the role: position summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential duties and other responsibilities (list). Use
  • . - Requirements: required qualifications (education, experience, additional requirements). Could also include condition of employment? Might be part of requirements. - Qualifications: preferred qualifications (bilingual, publishing software). Could also include "Preferred Qualifications". - Skills: knowledge, skills, abilities related to cultural competence and equity, plus maybe ability to organize, etc. Could combine. - Benefits: none mentioned, so omit. - Pay: none mentioned (Level 4 on salary schedule but not specific amount). That's not a specific pay amount; it's a level. The instruction: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It states "Level 4 on the FWEA-ESP Salary Schedule". That's not a specific pay amount, but it's still pay info? Might be considered pay. However it's not a specific number; but it's still compensation info. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state Level 4 on salary schedule, which is a pay reference. Could be considered pay. But it's not a specific amount; still it's pay info. I'd include Pay section with that statement. - Schedule: work schedule: 3.75 hours per day, Tuesday & Thursday, 191 days per year. That's specific. So include Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    Pay

Level 4 on the FWEA-ESP Salary Schedule

    Schedule

This position typically works 3.75 hours per day, Tuesday & Thursday, 191 days per year.

We need to ensure no duplicate lines: we have some duplicates like "Microsoft WORD and EXCEL" appears twice in Requirements (once as "Microsoft WORD and EXCEL" and again as "Basic Microsoft WORD and EXCEL"). Might be considered duplicate but it's from posting; we should preserve all substantive info, but we could combine? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicates are part of posting; we should keep them. However we could keep both as separate list items; it's okay. Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEO etc. Good. Check for any mention of "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment": we omitted because not allowed headings. Could we incorporate into Skills or Requirements? Probably not; but we must preserve all substantive info. If we omit, we lose info. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. But also says only use those headings. Conflict. We need to decide: maybe we can include Physical Demands and Work Environment under a generic heading like "Requirements" or "Skills"? But they are not exactly requirements or skills. Could be placed under "Requirements" as they are job demands. However the instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid adding other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are the allowed headings; we should not create others. So we must fit Physical Demands and Work Environment somewhere else, maybe under "Requirements" as they are job requirements. Or under "Skills". I'd put them under "Requirements" as they are necessary abilities. Thus add list items under Requirements for physical demands and work environment. Let's extract physical demands: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly stand and walk, bend neck and back, use hands for repetitive grasping and pushing/pulling. - The employee will frequently be required to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer screen and keyboard. - The employee may occasionally be required to squat, kneel, and use hands for fine manipulation, climb stairs/ladder, lift and reach overhead, and lift/carry. - The employee must regularly lift/carry up to 5 pounds and must frequently lift /carry up to 15 pounds. - The employee will occasionally lift/carry a maximum of 20 lbs. - The employee is occasionally required to push/pull a maximum weight of 200 pounds. Work environment: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in indoor conditions and regularly works near video display. - The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. - The position constantly deals with frequent interruptions, demanding deadlines, and occasionally deals with angry and distraught employees, students, and community members. We can add these as list items under Requirements. Now ensure we didn't miss any other substantive info: "REPORTING RELATIONSHIP", "REPRESENTATION", "CLASSIFICATION HISTORY", "Disclaimer". Those are metadata; we can drop as per instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can drop reporting relationship, representation, classification history, disclaimer. Also "Level Of Compensation Level 4 on the FWEA-ESP Salary Schedule" we used for Pay. Good. Check for duplicate sentences: "Assist other office personnel with requesting and sending student records, registration, and withdrawal of students." appears twice in duties; we should keep both? It's duplicate; we could keep one but that would be summarizing away detail. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate is still substantive? It's repeated; but removing one could be considered summarizing away detail (removing a duplicate). Safer to keep both. However we already have one entry for that duty; we have only one. We need to add second duplicate. Let's add another

  • identical. Also "Assist other office personnel with requesting and sending student records, registration, and withdrawal
