Secret Cleared Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Serve as a liaison between government clients and the technical delivery team to ensure alignment of requirements with program objectives.
Support ServiceNow platform enhancements, including workflow automation, data integrity, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and assist in maintaining product backlogs and user stories.
Support Scrum Master duties as needed—facilitating communication, removing blockers, and ensuring sprint goals are met.
Document functional and technical specifications throughout the SDLC, ensuring traceability and compliance with DoD and DISA standards.
Utilize GitLab for version control, requirements tracking, and collaborative documentation of system updates.
Affiliate with processes related to cloud data workflows, change management, and system modernization.
Perform impact and gap analyses for new functionality or configuration changes.
Collaborate with testing teams to validate requirements and confirm deliverables meet acceptance criteria.

Active Secret Clearance (required)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting federal IT or defense programs
Proven experience working in Agile and SDLC environments, including sprint-based delivery
Familiarity with ServiceNow, including incident, request, and change management modules
Experience with GitLab or similar DevOps tools for requirements tracking and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., RMF, STIGs) is preferred
