About the Role
Secondary Mortgage Market Operations supports the sale of loans to investors, commits funds, and ships loans for purchase. This role works to identify new lenders for potential loan sales, manages mortgage loan portfolios to help exceed company goals, and maintains relationships with first-class investors. The position also stays abreast of market conditions, trends, tax issues, and other factors affecting profitable performance.
Responsibilities
- Works with investors in the sale of loans, committing funds, and shipping loans to investors for purchase
- Finds new lenders for potential loan sales
- Manages mortgage loan portfolios to help in exceeding company goals
- Maintains good relationships with first-class investors
- Stays abreast of market conditions, trends, tax issues, and other factors affecting profitable performance
- Other duties as assigned

- Entry-level position requiring little or no prior experience
