About the Role

Assemblers work with table top presses and hand tools to assemble small electronic components. Candidates must be able to follow instructions given by group leaders or supervisor and be able to work independently in a team environment. This job requires basic reading and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles plugs to patch cords, switches and controls to cams
• Assembles resistors and capacitors to circuit boards
• Assembles PL switches, level lite III switches, multi switches, DW switches
• Inserts contactor and compression springs using fixture
• Inserts terminals into bottom, attaches clips to two sides, snaps push button into top of switch housing for slide switches
• Assembles and tests data switches
• Assembles and puts terminal into uniswitches
• Does frame assemblies
