Second Shift Assembler

Job Overview We are seeking reliable candidates to join the 2nd shift team in a manufacturing environment, focused on assembling products and ensuring quality. Responsibilities include assembling components according to instructions,winding coils, performing basic soldering, inspecting work, and conducting quality checks,packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean work area. Use of microscopes and testing equipment, adhering to safety procedures, and working collaboratively to meet production goals are essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent,attention to detail,manual dexterity,good communication,reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Experience in fast-paced manufacturing and ability to train others is a plus.
