Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a broad range of employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, and PERM-based and self-petitioned immigrant cases (EB-1, EB-2 including National Interest Waivers, and EB-3).
- Conduct case assessments and advise clients on eligibility, documentation requirements, filing strategy, and risk, with partner oversight as appropriate.
- Draft and review petition briefs, support letters, requests for evidence (RFE) responses, and other legal correspondence.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a day-to-day point of contact on assigned matters.
- Stay current on changes in immigration law, regulations, and USCIS, DOL, and Department of State policy.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely, accurate filings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and procedural requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing employment-based immigration law.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa categories and the associated USCIS, DOL, and DOS processes.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional client-facing communication skills.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $160,000 – $205,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in our Seattle office and requires a minimum of three (3) in-office days per week.
