Key Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate records of spices used.
- Monitors and fills spice machines as necessary.
- Ensures consistent flow of potato chips on conveyor and correct amount of spice flowing onto chips.
- Maintains accuracy of salt levels.
- Communicates frequently with inspectors, packers, packaging machine operators and quality assurance lab to guarantee product quality.
Requirements
- English proficiency, required
- Spanish proficiency, highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices, GMPs, and SQF requirements
