Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and apply seasonings to products as per specified standards
- Monitor the seasoning equipment to ensure proper operation and quality control
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that the products meet flavor specifications
- Perform set up and make adjustments per standard operating procedure of equipment for startup, shut down or changeovers or when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the seasoning area
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
- Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor immediately
Requirements
- 1-2 years related experience and training preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and be a self-starter
- Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to learn and understand the Production process
- Basic math skills
- Exceptional, grammar, writing, and documentation skills required
- Teamwork and communication skills required
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift/move 50 lbs
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes/airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration
