- Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Manage a portfolio of small to middle-market commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle daily client service tasks, including renewals and policy management.
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Account Manager for marketing efforts, with some desk marketing responsibilities.
Provide accurate and timely quotes for new and renewal business.
Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Maintain effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Support the team lead and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
