Experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the role

The position is designed to blend work-from-home with occasional office work and local travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will manage complex, even multi-state accounts that a retiring team member currently handles.

Responsibilities

• Handle fairly complex and multi-state accounts
• Participate in Teams meetings
• Train on company systems
• Occasionally visit clients such as Engineers, Safety Pros, Claims people, Underwriters, and Underwriters

Requirements

• Decent C/L experience
• Capable of managing multi-state accounts
• Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex accounts
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to train on new systems

Skills

• Excellent C/L experience
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams
