Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of small to middle-market commercial accounts.
- Handle 10-15 renewals per month and convert 10+ new business accounts.
- Quote and negotiate credits for new and renewal business.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Process endorsements and ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals in a technology-driven, remote work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of tenure in commercial lines insurance; 3-5 years of experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software.
- Carrier Knowledge: Familiarity with the following carriers is highly preferred:
- Travelers
- Hartford
- Safeco
- AMtrust
- Progressive
- Liberty Mutual
- Cincinnati
- Auto-Owners
- Western Reserve
- Soft Skills:
- Sharp and detail-oriented.
- Highly responsible and dependable.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
