🔨 SEASONED COMMERCIAL HANDYMAN — KNOW THE TRADE? COME PUT IT TO WORK

About the role

We're looking for a seasoned commercial handyman who can walk into a business or commercial property and take care of the work without needing someone standing over their shoulder. You'll be working with local businesses, property managers, and commercial properties throughout Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

Commercial properties need someone who can handle a little of everything:

• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Doors and hardware
• Trim and millwork
• Flooring and tile
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Ceiling repairs
• Cabinet and fixture repairs
• General building maintenance
• Commercial repairs and remodeling

You don't have to know everything, but you need to know how to look at a problem and figure out how to fix it.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction, handyman work, remodeling, or skilled trades
• Commercial handyman or construction experience preferred
• Your own basic tools
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable work history
• Good communication skills
• Must live in Northern Virginia

You know how to work independently, troubleshoot, and work around customers, employees, and other contractors. You understand that when you're working inside a business, the way you work matters just as much as the work itself.

Pay

$25–$45+ per hour, plus bonus opportunities and customer tips.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday day shift
• Steady year-round work
• One Saturday per month
