Seasoned Bartender

Bartender Responsibilities

• Represent Martini Bay and London Bridge Resort at all times
• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
• Affording and taking food and appetizer orders to help keep patrons in seats longer
• Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Ensuring NO customer or potential customer is ignored
• Education guests on new or our products and new products

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits is required; willingness to learn more and different items is required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificates such as Serve Safe certification
