Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus, along with retail math skills for accurate transactions.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event nights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile sales at shift end.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar during shifts, including stocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights, including nightclubs or banquet events.
