Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Rapid City, SD, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Master cocktail and mixed drink recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
