Job Details Description This is a temporary seasonal position starting mid-late October. This position will end after 60 days of employment. Responsibilities Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned listsPack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shippingUnderstand brands, shops, and internal inventory systemsExecute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsCommunicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questionsMaintain a clean and organized work areaAbility to work independently and with a teamEffectively communicate with all associatesAll other duties as assigned Scheduling Scheduling for this position will include daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Education & Experience An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both. Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Scheels cares about the health and safety of our Associates.
