Seasonal Fulfillment Packer

About the role

HireArt is helping JulieVos find a Seasonal Fulfillment Packer to join its operations team and support the execution of customer orders by maintaining the packaging and boxes required for shipping. The goal is to keep shipping boxes and packaging stocked at all times by maintaining a daily box‑making goal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day preparation, including making shipping boxes and assembling gift packaging
• Pack customer orders beautifully to delight customers upon arrival
• Keep the shipping area stocked and organized at all times
• Maintain a daily box‑making goal to ensure shipping boxes and packaging are always available

Requirements

• Prior experience working in an order fulfillment or retail environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented workplace
• Take delight in accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to maintain focus and motivation while performing repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Prior experience with order fulfillment or inventory is a plus

Pay

Expected compensation: 25.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

This is a full‑time, 1‑month contract position, onsite, for candidates local to the New York, NY area.
