About the Role

Join Chewy’s Fulfillment Center Team as a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist. This 90‑day temporary assignment supports fluctuating operational demands in a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment.

Responsibilities

• Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers
• Fulfilling and coordinating customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Creating shipping documentation for domestic orders

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Understand and adhere to Chewy’s safety guidelines and procedures
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members
• Temporary 90‑day assignment; full‑time conversion may be available based on performance and business needs, but is not guaranteed

Physical Requirements

• Walk up to 2 miles per shift
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift
• Rarely lift greater than 70 pounds using a team lift
• Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel
• Climb up and down stairs where applicable
